The essential qualifications and experience for this role include:

  • Experience within a Childcare centre as a Director or 2IC
  • Completed or studying Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (will accept Diploma)
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People Card
  • Excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Quality Framework (NQF)

Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Passion for working with children and within the childcare sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time-management, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated initiative whilst being able to work as an effective unit
  • Holistic approach to effective methods of teaching and communicating with childre
