Located in Erskine Park. This is a 29 placed day childcare centre and they provide care and education for children between 6 weeks - 6 years of age. They pride themselves on great customer service and in creating a homely environment for the children & families. The company is focused on creating a positive, open and honest environment and recognise that their employees are their greatest asset. The service believes in providing all educators with professional development opportunities to support ongoing learning.

They are looking for an experienced Director and ideally to start ASAP. Your role as Director will require you to oversee the full operation of the running of the centre in regards to compliance and staff development. You will use your previous experience in a similar role to ensure the high standards of the centre are maintained, using your interpersonal skills to create an inclusive environment for children, families and educators.

To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in a Centre Director role, demonstrating an ability to lead and manage all aspects of the daily running of the service. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability engage families as well as working and reporting to a members of the management team. To apply for this role it is essential you hold an ACECQA assessed Bachelor or Diploma qualification.

The ideal candidate will have:

A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood, equivalent ACECQA approved

Must be fluent in English and writing skills

A valid WWCC

First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training

Valid Teachers Registration

Excellent time management and organisation skills

A sound understanding of the EYLF and national quality standards
