I am looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate, caring and committed Diploma Trained Educator to join their highly motivated team. Not only do they pride themselves on their commitment to provide the highest quality care and learning for all children in partnerships with families, but they also aim to provide quality and affordable care for the children in the local community. They strongly believe that the early childhood years are a foundation for life outcomes and the balance of outdoor and indoor teaching is paramount everyday.

This centre is managed independently. They welcome both boys and girls from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. They aim to provide a nurturing environment where children can develop a positive self-image and develop fully as an individual in their social and cultural environment.

Your role as a Diploma Educator will be to work as part of a collaborative team and have a strong understanding of observations and being able to link actions back to the outcomes of the EYLF. This role is 3 days a week, Monday – Friday. You need to be experienced in programming and planning and you will also be confident in engaging and building relationships with parents, to ensure all aspects of the children’s growth and development are met.

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold a Diploma in Children's Services
  • Have a passion for working with Children and aiding their development
  • Recent experience working within the Early Childhood sector
  • Working Knowledge of the EYLF
  • Have or be able to obtain a Working with Vulnerable Peoples Check
