Randstad Education is busy placing Diploma trained educators across the Newcastle and Central Coast area. We have casual positions for experienced Childcare Educators who enjoy the day to day responsibility of working in an early childhood learning environment, ensuring the smooth running of centre activities and procedures.

With a working understanding of the Early Learning Framework, you will assist with implementing a consistent daily routine for the children in your care, participate in both indoor and outdoor activities, liaise with parents and families and ensure a safe environment is upheld at all times. Administration and other ad hoc duties may also be required consistent with your qualification.

About you:

  • You will be available a minimum of 2 days per week
  • Have easy access to transport
  • Have a paid Working With Children Check
  • A motivation to work with children to implement quality, engaging and activity based programs.
  • Must be located or willing to travel to areas such as Adamstown, Fletcher, Georgetown, Newcastle Mayfield, Kurri Kurri and surrounds.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Ideally experience in an early years environment
  • Australian or equivalent qualifications
