We are seeking Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators around the Gold Coast

Randstad Education is currently recruiting Diploma qualified Early Childcare Educators to work in child care centres around the Gold Coast to work in full-time permanent roles (with a few part time 30 hour roles) with our client who is a large not for profit organisation.

Your roles will typically involve you to support the implementation of an approved learning framework, supporting children’s wellbeing, learning, and development. Working in early years, you will assist with implementing a consistent daily routine for the children in your care, participate in both indoor and outdoor activities, liaise with parents and families, and ensure a safe environment is upheld at all times. Depending on the setting, educators may work under direct supervision, or on their own within a greater team environment. Room leaders/senior educators needed who can use their expertise in programming and planning with the support of the centres educational leader and director. Diploma assistants required to assist in the successful running of the centre and in supporting the rest of the staff.

About you:

  • Valid work rights for Australia
  • Have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualifications
  • Have easy access to transport
  • Have a paid Working With Children Check
  • A motivation to work with children to implement quality, engaging and activity-based programs
  • Availability to work full time within the centre hours
