Our client, is located in Annandale. I am looking to recruit an enthusiastic, passionate, caring and committed Diploma Trained Educator to join their highly motivated team. Not only do they pride themselves on their commitment to provide the highest quality care and learning for all children in partnerships with families, but they also take huge pride in their sustainability. They spend time teaching children how important it is to care for our planet and to strive for a better tomorrow than we are today.

Your role as a Diploma Educator will be to work as part of and Lead a collaborative team and have a strong understanding of observations and being able to link actions back to the outcomes of the EYLF. Be experienced in programming and planning and you will also be confident in engaging and building relationships with parents, to ensure all aspects of the children’s growth and development are met.

Essential Criteria:

  • Hold a Diploma in Children's Services/ Childcare
  • Have a passion for working with Children and aiding their development
  • Recent experience working within the Early Childhood sector
  • Working Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
  • Have or be able to obtain a Working with Vulnerable Peoples Check

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Hold a Diploma in Children's Services
  • Must be fluent in English and writing skills
  • A valid WWCC
  • First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
  • Valid Teachers Registration
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF and national quality standards
  • Full working rights in Australia
