Randstad Education is seeking a diploma qualified educator for a permanent full-time position at an early learning centre located in South Canberra.

Your New Organisation

Your new organisation is privately owned and operates 18 childcare centres across Australia. Their main objectives as a company is to provide inclusive and safe learning environments, and partner with families and communities to provide the highest quality education and care. This is demonstrated through their support of several charities, and the initiatives, events and educational sessions they host at their centres.

Your Centre

Your new centre follows a holistic educational approach and is licenced for 72 children. The facility is fully climate controlled and has engaging, large indoor and outdoor environments which encourage exploration and child led learning.

Your New Position

As a diploma qualified educator, you will be expected to:

  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high quality education and care
  • Facilitate play based, holistic learning in a safe and supportive environment
  • Observe and document learning through StoryPark
  • Assist with the planning and implementing of programs for individuals and groups of children
  • Adhere to National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework
