Children are free to choose the areas of interest in which they will participate throughout the day, both as individual and as part of a group Sharing and co-operating with other children is encouraged by staff. The centre has a relaxed, home-like environment.

About the role

  • Have the ability to take on a leadership role
  • Ability to program, plan, implement and reflect the programme whilst helping to implement the EYLF
  • Experience going through the assessment and rating programme
  • Set up activities, prepare materials, supervise, interact with the children
  • Act as an extended family in order to provide the children with the security, warmth and love
  • Help to provide a program that enables children to learn through exploration and stimulating experiences..


    Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Programming experience
  • Sound knowledge of regulations
