My client is seeking a Diploma Trained Educator for their centre in Gumdale, if you have a preference for age group, this can be accommodated, they are willing to make things work for the right person.
The centre:
This centre boasts huge outdoor play areas with challenges for all areas with their set up. Working with a Director who has been in the industry for 20+ years & raving reviews from parents. The centre is approved for 180 children so there is opportunity throughout the centre for growth and development and access to a large pool of peers to help you become a confident educator or feel right at home.
The role
Permanent part time opportunities available for this child care centre in Gumdale. Chance to bring your passion to a new role through developing and maintaining relationships with parents and caregivers in the education sector. This is such an important role for families and having educators they can trust and rely on with their children.
Being able to support children’s learning as a mentor is your goal, however with this centre you are also able to focus on your own career and knowledge within the childcare centre through the support of the leadership team.
The ability to assist with observations and evaluations of children's learnings is a must, if this is something you aren’t hugely experienced in but are willing to learn and grow we still want you!
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (Diploma) or working towards.
- Current WWCC or willingness to obtain (Blue card)
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid certificate
- A positive mindset and genuine passion for child development.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work on rotating rosters (6:30 AM - 6 PM)
