If you are an experienced and professional Early Childhood Educator who is looking for their next career step, to help develop and support a team of educators, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! This 58 place boutique centre has an amazing reputation within the community and strong team environment, they need a 2IC to assist the centre director in the day to day activities of the centre.

This centre has a long standing team that are willing to support a new 2IC with training and guidance provided. All the educators are devoted to providing high quality education and care for all children.

They are looking for a 2IC with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. You will have the desire and drive to be successful in your role.

The Role

  • Assist the director in offering a quality service

  • Knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Looking for their next step in the management path

  • A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture with our centre
  • Current Working with Children's check
