Diploma Trained Educator - Chatswood

As an Diploma Trained Educator you wil join a family owned childcare centre, owned by two childhood friends who are committed to providing a happy safe, fun, educational environment for children and educators. Can you?

  • Communicate positively and openly with children on an ongoing basis
  • Create stimulating, positive and appropriate environment to foster and support development
  • Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development
  • Provide physical care, assisting children in daily routines and meal times
  • Respond to the emotional needs of the children
  • Maintain up to date records for each child within the group

The Role:

  • Lead and guide educators in the Toddler room
  • Ensure a holistic view of child development for each child is in place
  • Inspire and lead the current team with your knowledge of early education and the EYLF

Essential Criteria

  • Diploma in Childen's Services
  • A creative and cooperative team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to excellence in early childhood
