About the company

You will be responsible in forming part of a dedicated team of specialist’s agents that provide a hassle free on boarding experience for migrating customers.

About the role

Your team's main focus is to meet and exceed customer expectations; to create value where the customer didn't expect to find it.

  • Add value to existing and new prospects, through both inbound and outbound activity
  • Promoting a range of products and services
  • Minimize early tenure churn by proactively identifying customer issues
  • Develope and execute the appropriate resolution pathway and actions
  • Provide a superior level of problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Manage a broad range of customer types and complete complex transactions

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a similar customer service or sales focused role
  • Ability to quickly absorb new information and support new products
  • Solutions focused and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Proven ability to manage stress in a high-volume work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic, taking pride in assisting each customer
  • An interest in technology and a passion for telecommunications products
