    Key Accountabilities:

    • Coordinate and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders for the division.
    • Create content to support both short and long term goals of the communications department.


    Responsibilities:


    • Auditing current research-focussed websites to: determine gaps in content & assess the structure in the context of UX
    • Working with key stakeholders and our web team to refresh the web structure/site tree, and to create a site with a refreshed look and feel.

    (look and feel to be developed by creative studio, pre-existing website template to be utilised where possible).

    • Gathering and writing content to fill these gaps, ensuring it’s SEO-friendly and easily consumable by key target markets.
    • Working with our researchers to craft inspiring stories about their research, and the positive impact this research has on people and communities.
    • Leading the development and implementation of a stakeholder communications plan.
    • Working with our research institute to develop a communications and engagement plan, with support from a fellow staff member in regards to the engagement component.


    Requirements and Eligibility:


    • Demonstrated experience in similar responsibilities and scope of work in digital content and communications
    • Mainly work at the main site location
    • meet covid policy requirements
    • Full working rights
