About The Role:

Supporting the delivery of transformation projects that are responsible for acquisition, financial and economic justification, planning, development and financial control of projects.

This will include:

• Manage a range of projects through the project lifecycle.
• Deliver outcomes to ensure all projects are scoped, planned, costed, resourced and aligned with our program objectives and our clients needs.
• Manage positive working relationships with project stakeholders, including business partners, contractors, external consultants and other Government Agencies.
• Provide advice to the Senior Development Manager and Development Director.

About the ideal candidate:

You will have worked in a similar role, and ideally with have the following:

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Immaculate time management
• Strong understanding of residential housing development
