Desktop Support Analyst – Service Desk Analyst – Helpdesk Support - AD, Exchange, MS Office, Citrix, Networks, ERP, Cisco, VoIP

Exciting career opportunity for a Level 1 & 2 Desktop Support Analyst – Service Desk Analyst – Helpdesk Support - AD, Exchange, MS Office, Citrix, Networks, ERP, Cisco, VoIP - to work with an exciting brand within Sydney.

You will be responsible for the delivery of 1st & 2nd line Desktop, network and some business critical application support – ERP and asset management - services for users, within their small corporate environment. The role incorporates regular reporting to the Team Leader, as well as local supervision and mentoring of other junior staff, act in a consulting role with third party organisations, as well as helping to maintain a functional relationship with business line technologists for Desktop related issues.

The successful Desktop Support Analyst – Service Desk Analyst – Helpdesk Support - AD, Exchange, MS Office, Citrix, Networks, ERP, Cisco, VoIP - will be part of a support function but be an autonomous person, used to working in a small sized team of 4 and used to providing an excellent client experience. You will need to possess, 3+ years in a similar type function with ideally 1-2 years working in a similar industry or small client side company.
