Desktop Support Engineer- Professional Services

Our client who are a Global Professional Services business are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer for the Brisbane office. This role will be based in the office supporting an office of around 100 people. This is at all levels including Senior Executives.

What will your responsibilities be:- ...

Providing First Line Support to the business, and escalate where need be.
Supporting requests via ServiceNow
Configuring and Installing computers, mobile devices, software and any other equipment that is required
Providing support to staff face to face, or remotely via TeamViewer and Remote Desktop

The ideal candidate will:-

Have at least 12 months experience in a similar role
Be comfortable working face to face with all levels of the business
Have good knowledge of the Microsoft Desktop environment
Be comfortable using Ticketing Systems.

This is a great opportunity that is ideally looking to hire and start before Christmas.
