  • 1st & 2nd line desktop, network and some business critical application support.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all IT related enquiries.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Regular reporting to the Team Leader.

Leading Australian Company has an exciting career opportunity for a Level 1 & 2 Desktop Support Analyst to join their small team in Mascot.

Responsibilies include:

  • 1st & 2nd line desktop, network and some business critical application support.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all IT related enquiries.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Regular reporting to the Team Leader.

Skills required:

  • Active Directory, Exchange, MS Office and Citrix.
  • Troubleshooting experience.
  • 2 years experience working for a managed services provider.
  • Ideally have experience with ERP, Cisco and VoIP.
  • Have good communication and presentation skills.
