We are recruiting for a casual opportunity to work as an Assistant Director (Randstad contractor) at one of our Commonwealth Government Clients. The initial engagement will be for up to the end of June 2022. The role will be equivalent to an EL1 and will be Adelaide CBD based.Duties include:Manage Clinical Workforce Development priorities to support high quality mental health service delivery. managing the delivery of projects;managing clinical quality improvement and practice change activities;applying project management approaches;applying change management approaches; andmanaging procurement activities, and managing associated contracts.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Section, Branch, Divisional and Departmental goals by anticipating and responding to stakeholder needs. Develop training skills audits, training needs analysis, and other relevant business documentation, and work in an agile manner to meet business improvement priorities.Manage documentation to track, monitor, and report on projects and business as usual activities.Develop and review advice, input, briefings, papers, submissions and correspondence for use in both internal and external decision-making forums.Manage Secretariat support, and assist with the development and conduct of Open Arms focus groups and Working Groups as required.The role requires:Qualifications, skills and experience in mental health, psychology, social sciences, humanities or a related field, research and evaluation, analysis, program and project management, change management, procurement including contract management, administration and budget management, and staff management are highly regarded.A high standard of written and oral communication is essential for this role. There is a high degree of stakeholder engagement in this role, requiring the successful applicant to have extensive stakeholder management experience and demonstrated communication skills to effectively manage these relationships.
