Responsibilities

• Working with limited direction and reasonable collaboration, lead a small team(s) to develop plans and schedules ensuring the project/work packages deliver value aligned with the methodologies and business needs.
• Managing allocated program/project resources to execute deliverables on time, within budget and to a high quality against scope.
• Leading agile ceremonies/team meetings (i.e., as a Scrum Master), effectively identifying and resolving issues, helping to remove impediments, and effectively mitigating and managing risk within agreed tolerances.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing ICT projects to deliver to time, cost, quality, and scope.
• Ability to foster team culture and lead small teams, including providing clear direction, effectively overseeing tasks and coaching to build high performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with influence, effectively interpret and synthesise technical information, and interact with people with diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships and manage expectations across varied stakeholder groups.
• Ability to conduct critical analysis and use available information and professional judgement to solve complex problems and implement pragmatic solutions.
