This Federal Government Organisation has new and exciting opportunities for multiple Administration
Coordinators to commence in mid April 2019. You will be responsible for the effective provision of
high quality professional, friendly and respectful management of reviewing registration applications for
various disability and social support providers. Additionally, you will provide a broad range of office
administration support duties including the registration of providers.

Data Entry

  • Attractive hourly rate- $27-$30 hourly + Superannuation
  • Work close to home for a Federal Government Organisation

This Federal Government Organisation has new and exciting opportunities for an Administration Coordinators to commence in mid April 2019. You will be responsible for the effective provision of high quality professional, friendly and respectful management of reviewing registration applications for various disability and social support providers. Additionally, you will provide a broad range of office administration support duties including the registration of providers.

This opportunity will allow you to utilise your previous experience in a similar role and ensure the smooth running of this office. Your resume must reflect an ability to manage confronting situations, and display evidence of responsiveness and empathy to the needs of people with special circumstances.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Reviewing provider registration applications
  • Supporting applicants seeking to register
  • Promptly responding to enquiries and providing advise about the registration process
  • Providing administrative support to the team as required
  • Filing electronic documentation through an internal system

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • A positive attitude to people with disability and its impact on individuals
  • Previous experience in reception, executive assistant duties, travel management or coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to be able to maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • An ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment and exceptional attention to detail
  • Availability to commence in mid April 2019
