The role

We are currently on the hunt for an outstanding Data Entry Officer.

The critical responsibility for this position is processing a high volume of invoices within a healthcare provider. You will be working in a friendly, fast paced team providing accurate data entry in a timely manner. At times you may relieve on reception, answer enquiries and support with ad hoc admin duties.

The position will start out as full time but may become part time at a later point so is ideal for someone who enjoys flexibility.

Key skills

  • Efficient and timely processing of invoices on an oracle based system
  • Upholding a high level of volume & typing speed
  • Validating and maintaining accuracy of data
  • General database maintenance
  • Administrative duties where required
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team
  • Passion for data entry and strong attention to detail

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous data entry and administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and precision
  • Be professionally presented
  • High level typing speed
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously

Previous data entry experience in Health is desirable as is experience processing invoices
