Our NSW Government client is seeking multiple customer service oriented staff for a busy inbound call centre environment.

Our NSW Government client is seeking multiple customer service oriented staff for a busy inbound call centre environment.



About you

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work in a fast paced inbound call centre environment and have exceptional customer service skills. You will be part of a large team and will be required to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.

12 monthly contracts are due to commence in May 2018.



Duties:

  • outbound calls to customers
  • data entry and email response to customer
  • data entry and checking of business information
  • understanding of compliance requirements
