We are seeking an energetic and reliable Date Entry operator to join our client’s team in SA Government.

In this data entry role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of business operations. So you will need to have the ability to multitask, be organised and a good problem solver. The role will involve data management duties and strong stakeholder engagement.

Tasks will include, but not be limited to the following;

  • Providing admin support services to the team;
  • Preparation of documents, presentations, reports, spreadsheets
  • Responding to enquiries over the phone
  • Data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Processing invoices and raising orders
  • Greeting internal and external stakeholders
  • Project administration
What you will need

  • Advanced computer literacy skills
  • Previous experience in an data entry/administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisation skills and dedication to completing tasks
  • Ability to use and learn new processes
  • Obtain a National Police Clearance (essential)
  • Working with Childen Check (essential)
