Your New Role
As the Promotions Coordinator you will join a small team of 2 and report directly to the Promotions State Manager, who is highly regarded amongst the business. Your main responsibilities will be to support the team with a variety of administrative and data entry tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry of promotional data into an ERP system
- Sending Excel files to stakeholders in a specified format
- Maintaining the promotions inbox and actioning queries
- Uploading promotional information to an online portal
- Providing reports as required
- General administration and data entry when needed

About You
- Previous Administrative experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and a proactive attitude
