• Strategically plan and prioritise initiatives to advance the digital and security strategies.
• Develop and implement roadmaps for Application Security improvements.
• Provide expert guidance on Application Security to ICT architects and stakeholders.
• Utilise agile and lean methodologies alongside traditional approaches.
• Offer leadership and expertise in enhancing cybersecurity controls.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
• Contribute to cybersecurity risk assessments and incident response as needed.
• Support cross-functional project teams with Application Security expertise, including projects on Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Dataverse.
• Produce clear and useful cybersecurity architecture artefacts and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and procurement requirements.
• Set performance standards, provide feedback, and support team development.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and audit organisations.

• Expertise in modern cybersecurity frameworks, strategic architecture, and business strategy
• Knowledge of IS18 (Essential 8, ISO27001), PCI-DSS, and PSPF/ISM
• Experience with Application Security technologies, including SAST/DAST/RAST and software layer controls
• Minimum of 3 years in Application Security technologies/solutions and 5 years in Cyber Security
