An innovative and forward thinking technology company is looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist for a rolling 6 month contract.

About the company:

Based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs our client has redefined how we interact with our homes, music and film. They are a premium company operating at a global level. You will be based in their Melbourne offices who are responsible for supporting the APAC region.

About the job:

You will be working to support customers in Japan experiencing technical issues with their product or home network. Your engagement will be primarily across phone support and remote log in as well as email and social media interaction. When live troubleshooting you will take ownership of open issues and be supported by your team and their combined technical experience to problem solve. Full training will be provided.

Must have:

  • Fluent written and verbal Japanese
  • Previous experience in IT and home network troubleshooting and configuration
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in inner suburbs as offices will be relocating in early 2019


  • Certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, MCSA, N+ or A+
  • Solid understanding of Mac/PC, Andriod and iOS operating systems
