About the Role:

Customer Support Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technical support inquiries and perform administrative duties such as invoicing and timesheet entry.
- Support daily branch operations and assist the service team.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Create, schedule, receive and process orders, provide information concerning changes, pricing in service shipping
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of the M3 system(desirable).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is (desirable).
