Randstad has partnered with a global company delivering projects at the forefront of cyber security. This position is ideal for someone looking to take their career to the next level and make a real impact in high profile Cyber Security projects with a company that is growing exponentially.

You will be working for one of the most influential and innovative cyber security companies, built on collaboration and a strong focus on their people.

Key deliverables for this position are as follows:

  • Successful ongoing service delivery to high profile government customers
  • Build long term and succesful relationships with key customer stakeholders and manage SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal departments and push continual improvement.
  • Take ownership of Service Transition for major changes and lead necessary governance meetings to keep the customer satisfied
  • Working across a geographically dispersed environment to deliver excellent customer service and resolutions of customer escalations / problems

Must-have abilities for the position

  • Strong interest and relevant experience in cybersecurity projects
  • Experience in managing customer escalations and resolving them.
  • A tech background with strong planning and organisational skills
  • Experience in dealing with government customers and improving their experience.
  • Service management background with experience of ITIL or similar ISO20000 certification
  • Autonomous and self starting approach
