Our positions will be based in a fast paced role with a dedicated and hardworking team. The candidate will need to be punctual, reliable, and hardworking and provide great customer service as the voice of the company.

The Position will include

  • Providing account management & customer service
  • High volume calls
  • Liasing with freight companies and warehouse staff
  • Processing of orders
  • Dispatching and following up on deliveries
  • POD’s
  • Attending to customer enquiries
  • Data entry – alpha-numeric
  • Creating manifests
  • Consignment entry
  • Office All-rounder
  • Liasing with warehouse staff
  • Processing and tracking of orders
  • Filing, scanning & copying

You will have a forward thinking approach to customer service and will have a drive to work in a busy, fast-paced and challenging environment. As the face and voice of the company, you will be well presented with an outgoing yet professional & confident demeanor.
