Your New Role
As the Customer Service Representative, you'll support the team by following up on leads and enhancing client engagement with our products. You’ll be the primary contact for clients, managing onboarding and integration to ensure a smooth experience.
Your New Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and re-engage clients through offline connections.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Schedule and manage integration's, handling any technical issues that arise.
- Guide clients through onboarding and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
- Resolve integration queries and promote best practices.

About You
- Strong background in Customer Service, Telesales, Account Management, Relationship Management, Education, Onboarding or Lead Generation
- Engaging communication skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
