A well known utilities organisation located nearby Fairfield area is looking for an experienced, self motivated and committed Customer Service Representative to join a busy team. You will be provided with training, and a laptop to be abl to work from home up to 2 days a week following 2 weeks' training in the office.

Your new position

• Coordinate technicians work orders via phone and email
• Update customers on inspection details
• Data entry of incoming jobs and update customer details

Your experiene

• Previous experience in a similar office based or face to face customer service role
• Passion for customer service and being on the phone
• Be able to pick up processes and new systems quickly
