    The Role

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers with scheduling appointments and confirming bookings. A typical day will involve:

    • Outbound calls to assist customers over the phone
    • Confirm bookings and schedule appointments
    • Ensuring customers are provided with the right solutions
    • Updating customer records

    What you will need

    You will be someone who loves speaking to customers and ensuring they have a great experience.

    • Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred
    • Experience in Hospitality, Retail or Tourism will also be considered
    • Excellent phone manner
    • High attention to details
    • Available to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
    • Comfortable utilising various software
