The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers with scheduling appointments and confirming bookings. A typical day will involve:

Outbound calls to assist customers over the phone
Confirm bookings and schedule appointments
Ensuring customers are provided with the right solutions
Updating customer records

What you will need

You will be someone who loves speaking to customers and ensuring they have a great experience.

Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred
Experience in Hospitality, Retail or Tourism will also be considered
Excellent phone manner
High attention to details
Available to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Comfortable utilising various software
