    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers with their quotes and orders. A typical day will involve:

    • Assisting customers over the phone with claim inquiries
    • Ensuring customers are provided with the right solutions
    • Updating customer records

    What you will need

    You will be someone who loves speaking to customers and ensuring they have a great experience.

    • Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred
    • Experience in Hospitality, Retail or Tourism will also be considered
    • Excellent phone manager
    • Data entry skills
    • Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
