job description

Your new company is a well established business that has grown and become one of the world’s largest paper, packaging and recycling manufacturer. Your new role will be to provide high quality, efficient, professional customer service whilst delivering accurate advice and information to Customers and Clients. The position requires a high degree of team work, initiative, multitasking and professionalism.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing a high level of professionalism, support and customer satisfaction in all interactions
  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and face to face interaction
  • Providing services and facilities across a range of customer service operational areas
  • Administration and customer service support functions
  • Assist with providing a range of records management services and overall information handling

  • Highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Patient, understanding and thrives when working under pressure
  • Ability to achieve outcomes, and exceed KPI’s
  • Works productively individually and within a team environment
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software programs
