Your new company:

You will join a renowned company who are a leader in their industry and work with a wide range of services. Your focus will be dedicated to answering varied call on a daily basis and providing exceptional customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answer customer enquiries in a professional manner
  • Answer a calibre of calls that are varied
  • Maintain excellent levels of product knowledge
  • Inbox management
  • General administrative duties
  • Scheduling bookings and actioning orders
  • Work collectively in a team environment

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Customer service experience – call centre exposure is desirable
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Adaptable and resilient
  • Confident decision making
  • Professional telephone and email etiquette
  • A team player who has the willingness to contribute
