Our client is the largest provider of services in Australia's superannuation fund administration industry! You will be the first point of contact for shareholders, creditors, brokers and other professional advisers. You will be responsible for providing complete and accurate information to these clients on a wide range of market product and services through the business tools provided.

Your new role

  • Assist customers with general enquiries via inbound phone calls
  • Provide accurate information to brokers, shareholders and customers
  • Exceed each clients expectations and provide exceptional customer service
  • Administrative support as required
  • Working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift roster between 8am - 8pm

Your experience

  • Minimum 6 month’s work experience in a call centre role
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • An interest in working in financial services and superannuation
  • Strong work ethic, taking pride in each and every call
  • Team player, assisting team to achieve targets
  • Ready to take a step up in a challenging, yet rewarding role
