    Your New Company:

    An industry leading building and construction company is on the search for a proactive, experienced and passionate Customer Service Representative to join their growing business. You will be part of a close knit team, supporting a team of the engineers.


    Your New Role:
    Reporting to the Manager, we require a well spoken and dedicated Customer Service Representative to co-ordinate jobs for a team of engineers. You will be responsible for:

    • Connecting with engineers to plan their daily work schedule and accesss sites
    • Calling customers to schedule future appointments
    • Process and amend work orders
    • Updating customer information on Excel spreadsheets

    About You:

    • Previous experience in an office based customer service role
