    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be providing exceptional service to your customers. Your role will have variety and a typical day will involve:

    • Assisting customers over the phone and via email
    • Processing orders and payments via SAP
    • Answering product ueries
    • Update customer details on the system

    What you will need

    You will be someone who loves speaking to customers to offer a great experience and will also have excellent attention to detail. You will also be:

    • Able to demonstrate recent and stable customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or office based
    • Self motivated, with the ability to multitask
    • Strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Available to work Monday to Friday, standard business hours
