Booming NSW Government Organisation with exciting opportunities for an experienced customer service specialist to commence in Late February. You will be the first point of contact for students in their educational journey.

Working within a dynamic team and working in a team environment with a combination of face to face and telecommuncation this opportunity will allow you to utilise your previous customer service experiences and communication skills in a similar role and ensure the smooth running of the student cycle.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting students in the selection of online training programs relevant to their experience and requirement.
  • Proactively identifying callers’ needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions or alternatives
  • Identifying and escalating requiring urgent attention or specialist expertise

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Highly effective verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to demonstrate empathy, resilience, and problem-solve
  • An ability to thrive in a constantly changing and high volume environment
