Your new company:

You will join a leading global provider of products and services operating in over 40 countries. Due to a recent promotion to another area of the business, a fantastic opportunity has become available within the customer service team, providing technical support to existing and new customers. You will be joining a vibrant and hardworking and fun team of 6 with unlimited support and training from a down to earth, fantastic and knowledgeable manager who has been in the business for 10 years.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage customer inquiries relationships via telephone and email
  • Educate your customers on products and process, providing the highest level of service
  • Provide technical support to all dealers and end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer escalations and warranty requests
  • Scheduling of Service Technicians for warranty issues that cannot be rectified via phone.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated competency in working with a technical product
  • Recent proven, stable experience in a similar technical customer service role
  • Previous phone based customer service experience in a busy environment
  • Professional and engaging phone manner
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills
  • Full time availability
  • Drivers licence and own car
