About the company

Work for a global leader in the manufacturing industry with over 100 sites across Australia, where you will be providing a seamless and exceptional customer service experience to new and existing customers.This is a varied and exciting role which will involve networking and communicating to both internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders received via phone and email
  • Confirm delivery schedule meets customer needs
  • Accurately action orders and request’s in a efficiently and timely manner
  • Maintain stock levels
  • Provide a outstanding level of customer service
  • Other general ad hoc duties

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Similar customer service experience with a stable working history
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • You will have strong organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly-skilled in typing, writing, grammar and oral communication
  • Full time availability
