Randstad are partnering with a global organisation to recruit over 180 temps for a new state of the art contact centre in Modbury, Northern Adelaide suburbs.

This is a BRILLIANT opportunity for school leavers; graduates; or customer focused individuals who are looking for a career change to work in a contact centre environment with one of the leading providers of contact centre solutions and IT services.

You will be working as an INBOUND customer service representative on one of their Federal Government Contact Centre teams, where you will be handling calls from the general public and updating the database as required.

Working days are Mon to Fri - and you will work a rotating shift between the hours of 8am to 8pm (full time hours) - NO WEEKENDS!!

This is a temporary role, for a minimum of 22 weeks (5 months) - start dates are June and July 2018. There is a possibility that these roles could be extended or offer a permanent position

Hourly rate is $24.41 plus super



WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be considered for this temporary role, you MUST be an AUSTRALIAN Citizen.

You will have strong verbal communication - and be able to be clear and concise when handling calls made by the general public. You will receive excellent training - so no previous contact/call centre experience is required.

What we are looking for are people who have a positive attitude; strong customer service focus; and able to navigate around technology platforms, so if this sounds like you - then we want to hear from you!

Part of the selection process will be to pass a criminal history check.
