Your new role

The Client Service Officer will be responding to inbound calls from residents in the Liverpool location and liasing with internal and external stakeholders. You will be working on a 3 month contract with potential extension granted for the right candidate. Full time hours working on a Monday - Friday fixed roster.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will have recognised call centre experience in a high volume modality. You will work well under pressure and have exceptional communication. You will understand that there is a time and place for everything and will use language accordingly to reflect messages in both written and verbal mode in a professional manner. You will have good comprehension skills and can communicate with different people from all walks of life. Your ability to learn new systems will be strong and adapting to change will not affect your performance. Local government experience would be highly regarded for this position.
