Located in Ipswich CBD, this role is working with one of the leading banking providers who are passionate about supporting their people to grow and develop within the industry. This organisation is highly regarded for providing exceptional customer service to all customers and providing flexible working arrangements that work for you.
Your New Role
You will be a passionate and motivated individual, who has a genuine desire to provide assistance and support to all customers utilising your exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills.
You will be required to work in a face paced environment providing assistance to customers who are looking to be set up with internet banking or require assistance with accessing their online accounts.
In this role you will be supported by leaders who are passionate about providing the assistance required to see you succeed within the role.
How you will contribute
What you will bring to the team
Training and Induction
Full training will be provided for this role, Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 5:00pm, and will be delivered in the office.
After 1 week of in classroom training you will then shadow a member of the team to gain some first hand experience before jumping on the phones ready to assist customers.
Post the training, you will have the ability to work flexibly on a rotating roster between 8:00am to 6:00pm. Monday to Friday.
