I am recruiting a number of Inbound Customer Service permenent positions based in North Ryde (near Macquarie Park).
The role is answering around 100 calls per day from the general public and providing customer service/advice.
Benefits:
  • This permanent full time position; paying $41,000 + 9.5% super.
  • 4 weeks of paid training is provided.

Working Monday to Friday (full time hours) - on a rotating roster where your 7.5 hour shift per day could be anywhere between 8.30am to 7pm.
Criteria:
  • You must be an Australian Citizen.
  • You must have completed Year 12 or College or Uni.
  • You must be happy to work full time based in North Ryde (please check location before applying).
  • Clear Communication skills: polite, friendly, factual and professional.
  • Ability to "hit the ground running".
