Your New Role
As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to valued customers in regards to their orders. You will be reporting into the Customer Service Manager who is renowned within the business as a supportive and hardworking mentor.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering enquiries in regards to company products
- Educating customers on best products available
- Processing and managing customer orders in SAP
- Managing the return of products when required
- Updating customer details in the SAP system
- General data entry as required
About You
- Previous Customer Service, Order Processing, Order Entry or Customer Care experience
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
- Intermediate MS Office skills
