Your new role:

In your new position, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Inbound calls
  • Super and state reviews through task management
  • Booking in customers for meetings
  • Being able to speak the lingo of financial planning
  • Contacting potential clients and booking them in with the professionals
  • Answering sound questions by customers on financial aspects
  • Lead generation

The ideal candidate:

You will show area’s of expertise in the following:

  • Customer service
  • Studying or completed study of RG146
  • Experience with CRM database
  • A positive “Can do” attitude
  • Strong attention to detail


  • RG146 highly desirable
  • 2 years experience in a role similar
