Benefits:

The role:

The role is a mixture of customer service and administration. Perfect for a recent grad looking for your first office job. Duties include:

  • Accurately responding to enquiries via phone, email and face to face
  • Assessing and processing applications
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Basic data entry
  • Outbound calls to external organisations

About you:

The successful candidate will be switched on and eager to learn.

  • Can do attitude
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly personality
