Amazing opporunity to join a reputable company within a customer service role based in Alexandria. Opportunity to manage high volume of inbound calls from customers and clients for a variety of consumers, vehicle and household products.

This role will include assisting customers with enquiries including problem solving and high level customer service. You will have full training provided. You will work stable weekday hours on a rotating roster with opportunities for over time on Saturday and Sunday.

Your new role:

  • Customer service with inbound, sales and influencing others
  • Responding to customer/client enquiries, quotes and finalising sales
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Organising repairs for consumers, vehicle and household products

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience in sales and influencing others
  • Experience in meeting defined KPIs
  • High level of customer experience
  • Previous service experience in a call centre is highly regarded
