Customer Service – Workers Compensation

  • Attractive hourly rate above market - up to $58 hourly + Superannuation
  • Work close to home for a State Government Organisation, based Parramatta CBD
  • 24 month contract, with potential for further extensions
  • Both positions to commence a.s.a.p

About the role

We are looking for the next team member to join this professional, supportive and customer orientated team of a State Government organisation. This is your opportunity to be part of a major transformation change in Government service delivery. You will be working in a high volume, inbound contact centre on an ongoing full-time contract basis. You will be responsible for:

  • Support the Complaints Resolution to embed strategies to address systemic customer complaints and ensure their integration into the procedures and systems applied by the team
  • Provide high quality specialist services for Return to Work & Support’s customers
  • Deliver accurate, timely, empathetic and efficient end-to-end resolution of customer complaints and enquiries
  • Partner with other icare streams to support the achievement of business objectives
  • Coach and mentor peers and other internal stakeholders to achieve positive customer outcomes
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure that there is alignment across each of the levels of response.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2-3 years proven workers compensation experience (non negotiable)
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and encompass a changing working environment
  • Ability to work well both individually, and as part of a team
  • Availability to work full-time business hours from Monday to Friday,
